油泵專用電機(jī)主要與液壓件廠家生產(chǎn)的各類油泵配套，作為液壓系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動動力。可與軸向柱塞泵、齒輪泵、葉片油泵等配置組成油泵電機(jī)組。由于泵和電機(jī)直接連接，從而使運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更加平穩(wěn)、噪聲更低等特點(diǎn)。

本系列電機(jī)采用F級或H級絕緣，IP44或IP54防護(hù)等級，還可以按照客戶要求定制，具有防潮、防霉、耐高溫、濕帶環(huán)境運(yùn)行等特點(diǎn)。

Specialmotor for oil pump is mainly matched with all kinds of oil pumps produced byhydraulic parts manufacturers as the driving force of hydraulic system. It canbe configured with axial piston pump, gear pump, vane oil pump and so on.Because the pump and motor are directly connected, so that the operation ismore stable, lower noise characteristics.

Thisseries of motors adopt F or H class insulation, IP44 or IP54 protection grade,can also be customized according to customer requirements, with moisture-proof,mildew proof, high temperature resistance, wet zone environment operation characteristics.

 

接線與電壓

 

電動機(jī)按以下接法及額定電壓運(yùn)行：

• 額定輸出＜4KW時采用Y星形接法，電壓等級為220V/380V,歐標(biāo)電機(jī)為230V/400V。

• 額定輸出≥4KW時采用△角形接法，電壓等級為380V/660V,歐標(biāo)電機(jī)為400V/690V。

• 使用時允許電壓±10%波動，可按照要求提供其他電壓的電動機(jī)。

Connection and Voltage ratings

The Motors are available with the following nominal Voltage ratingand connection:

• Output power ＜4KW with Y star connection, GB Standard 220/380V, EN standard as230/400V.

• Output power ≥4KW with △connection, GB standard 380/660V,EN standard as 400/690V.

• Tolerance ±10% in compliance with IEC, Other Voltages are available uponrequest.
